Processing Time

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Delivery Times

Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days of shipping. International orders may take 14-30 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will send a return label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, opened gift sets, dried botanical bundles, and digital products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for damaged items.
