Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, new launches), please allow up to 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Domestic (US) orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $50. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days of shipping. International orders may take 14–30 business days depending on your country and local customs processing.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they're in original, unused condition. Sale items and gift sets marked as final sale are not eligible for return. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
The item I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Often, yes. We restock popular items regularly. The best way to know when something returns is to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media — we announce restocks there first.
Do you gift wrap?
Our gift sets ship in beautiful packaging already. For individual items, we don't currently offer gift wrapping, but everything is packed with care and includes a small thank-you note.
